A wallet-sized "Weingarten Rights" card—available in English and Spanish—is now available from the International Union Organizing Department. These cards have been printed with the Teamster logo and name for use by Teamster local unions.

The card explains members' legal right to request that a union representative or steward be present with them at any meeting with management that could lead to discipline or termination or affect their working conditions.

Teamster locals could distribute the wallet-sized cards to new and experienced members alike.

The 2" x 3½" cards cost $13 for lots of 100. To order, send a check or money order (made out to IBT) to the attention of the Teamsters Education Department, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, 25 Louisiana Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Please specify inventory number 5800 for English cards and 5801 for Spanish-language cards. Cards are pre-printed with the Teamster logo and name.
